Dell woes

So the day I ordered my laptop Barry pointed out I didn't order an internal wireless card, so I called Dell and told them about it. The woman told me that she'd cancel my order and I could reorder it with the correction. So I did that. Because there was a discrepancy of $50 in the financing, Dell must've gotten confused because I still haven't gotten an e-mail to say what my ship date is. I received the printer last Thursday, but still nothing on the laptop. I've called and e-mailed them more than a few times. Some say the order isn't there, some say it is. I can't get a straight answer out of them. All I want to know is if there is an order of a laptop in my name. If it is, send it to me!! If it isn't, let me know so I can order it!! I didn't think that one silly mistake would stop me from getting my laptop for over 3 weeks! Sheesh!! Customer support over there sucks. The phone numbers are a maze to get through to get to the right person and the e-mails takes forever for them to answer. If it wasn't for their product being so good, I'd probably go somewhere else!!
