Back in School

Yep, Kristen is in 1st grade now! I don’t know how parents of more than one child do it on the first day of school…everything is confusing because you don’t know where to go or who the teacher is, etc. I can’t imagine having to get 2 or more kids to the right spots at the right time. I didn’t bring the camera to school, but here are a few pics of her I took in the morning.

This weekend there is an air show at the International Airport and yesterday they were doing a practice show at the military base that is just a few minutes away, so all the planes went over our house. The airshow used to actually be at this base but moved to the airport a few years ago which was such a bummer. We loved having the planes going over our house and having helicopters flying over daily just isn’t the same. So, Kaylee and I went out on the deck and watched the planes and I took some pics. I don’t have a high zoom lens so they aren’t as close up as I would’ve liked to get.
